RoomRefit is a digital software service that helps users turn room photos, style preferences, budgets, and preservation constraints into redesign ideas, product suggestions, and planning guidance.
By accessing or using RoomRefit, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the website, accounts, checkout flow, and generated outputs lawfully and responsibly.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use paid services. If you use RoomRefit on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions and digital purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, customer billing support, and order-level refund handling.
You must review the plan, price, currency, billing cycle, and renewal terms shown at checkout before completing payment. Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellation
If your purchase is a recurring subscription, you can cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Canceling prevents the next renewal charge but does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
Acceptable use
You may not use RoomRefit for unlawful activity, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with authentication or checkout flows, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.
User content and inputs
You retain responsibility for the room photos, text prompts, preferences, and other materials you submit. You grant RoomRefit the limited rights needed to process those materials for service delivery, support, and improvement.
Service availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to keep the product accessible and reliable.
Generated outputs
RoomRefit provides planning, visualization, and product recommendation assistance. Outputs are for informational and design-support purposes and do not replace professional architectural, engineering, legal, construction, or financial advice.
Intellectual property
The RoomRefit service, website content, branding, interface elements, and underlying software remain the property of their respective owners and licensors, except for user-provided content.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomRefit is provided on an as-available and as-delivered basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
