RoomLift is a digital software service that helps users turn room photos, style preferences, and budgets into renovation ideas, product suggestions, and workspace guidance.
By accessing or using RoomLift, you agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse the website, accounts, billing flow, generated outputs, or any related automation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and the activity conducted through your account.
Paid subscriptions and one-time digital purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, customer billing support, and order-level refund handling.
You must review the plan, price, billing cycle, and any renewal terms shown at checkout before completing payment.
You may not use RoomLift for unlawful activity, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with checkout or authentication flows, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to keep the product accessible and reliable.
RoomLift provides planning, visualization, and product recommendation assistance. Outputs are for informational and design-support purposes and do not replace professional architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomLift is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy explains how RoomLift collects, uses, and stores personal data when you visit the website, create an account, sign in with Google, contact support, or complete a purchase.

Refunds for RoomLift purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle’s applicable refund handling and buyer support process.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, purchased the wrong plan, experienced duplicate billing, or were unable to access the digital service after purchase, please contact support@roomlift.net and include your purchase email and order details.
You may contact our support team first, and we may direct you to Paddle support where needed for order-level verification and payment handling.
If your purchase is a subscription, you should cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to renew. Refund decisions for renewal charges are handled through Paddle’s order and buyer support process.
This website does not add hidden restrictions beyond the order-specific handling required by Paddle and applicable law. We aim to resolve billing issues promptly and fairly.
